We are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for items shipped outside the United States. Our Exchange Policy is offered for DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY.
Each item we offer is hand crafted, and hope you are completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason, you wish to exchange an item, please notify us within 7 business days from the date your package was received.
To begin the process, contact the studio with your original order number, name email address and phone number. An Exchange Authorization Form will be issued with instructions for preparing your package. No exchanges will be granted without prior return authorization.
All shipping cost on exchanges are covered by the customer. Brevard is not responsible for items damaged or lost while in transit, please follow the packing instruction on your Exchange Authorization Form while preparing your return package. Once your package has been processed, merchandise credit will be issued within 72 hours.
Merchandise credit will be applied toward your exchange purchase or issued in the form of an electronic gift card. If a new item was chosen at the time of the exchange, you will be emailed a secure online invoice to make any additional payments needed. If no item was indicated with your exchange or you have remaining credit, a digital gift card will be issued.
Credit is calculated on the merchandise value ONLY and does not include shipping fees, insurance and/or special handling fees. Exchange policy is offered on Domestic Orders Only

GIFT RETURNS POLICY
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater merchandise value, plus shipping. See EXCHANGES (above) for more details.
Certain product listings are 'made-to-order' and require a longer lead time as indicated in the product listing details. 'Made-To-Order' are considered a final sale.
REPAIRS + CLEANING
We take immense pride in our quality and craftsmanship, some of which is unique to the Brevard studio. For this reason, if your Brevard is ever in need of repair, restringing, alteration, restoration or cleaning we strongly recommend that you send it to the Brevard studio to maintain the integrity of the design and your investment.
Repairs may take up to 12 weeks depending on the nature of the work. Standard repair turnaround is usually 6-8 weeks for most repairs and 4 weeks is standard for most cleanings. Depending on the nature of the work, charges may apply and we will notify you once we have assessed the project and prior to beginning the work.
Please email the studio to discuss your project. Include your name, address, phone number and briefly describe your project. Feel free to include a few snapshots if helpful. We will contact you to discuss your project either by email or phone. Allow 24-48 hours for a response, Monday through Friday.
ENDLESS HOOP POLICY
Jewelry by its very nature, is delicate and should be treated as such. Our iconic Endless Hoop Earring was first introduced into the collection in 1979. A core staple in the Brevard collection that has maintained its allure because it is light weight, delicate, yet reliably strong and versatile. With proper handling, they are effortless component of your everyday style. They are strong, but do have their limits, like all fine jewelry and should be handled with care. Each hoop is checked multiple times before leaving the studio and we are confident in their durability. Many of customers have been wearing the same hoops for decades, so when someone expresses having trouble with one, we ask to review their hoops to try figure out why.
We would rather replace an Endless Hoop than lose a favorite charm. And advise inspecting your hoops regularly, if at any point one is giving you any trouble, please send them to the studio to be reviewed. To take advantage of our Endless Hoop Exchange Policy the old hoop is REQUIRED. Without the old hoop a replacement hoop will cost full retail. You may purchase a new Endless Hoop from our online shop by clicking here.
Simply send the old hoop in an ordinary envelope via US Mail. Please keep the charm safe with you, just send the hoop. Tape the hoop to a piece of paper with your return address, email and phone number. There is no charge for shipping on a hoop exchange in the United States.
Our Endless Hoop Exchange Policy applies ONLY to the 12mm Endless Hoops used in our Endless Hoop Charm Earrings. Charms are not available for purchase without earring.
We are confident in the quality of our pieces, if something is truly defective will always make things right. Please contact the studio for any questions.
Charms are not available for purchase without an earring hoop or a pendent jump ring.
Please note, many charm designs are featured in both our Endless Hoop Charm Earring Collection and our Latch Hoop Charm Earring Collection. This does NOT indicate that the charm from your Endless Hoop Charm Earring will automatically fit a Latch Hoop Earring. Some are interchangeable, but not all. Please contact the studio for assistance in determining which charm designs fit both hoop styles.
The diameter of the Latch Hoop Earring is sometimes a bit wider than the hole on certain charms from our Endless Hoop Charm Earring Collection. If this is the case with a favorite, please contact the studio about expanding the whole to accommodate the width of the Latch Hoop. After purchase, there is a small fee for the charm adjustment, please contact the studio for more information. At time of order, we are happy to adjust the charm's hole free of charge. Simply leave a note during check out process to “please expand hole to fit a latch hoop”. Once altered, your earring purchase would be considered final sale.
