SHIPPING

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. You will be contacted via email if there are any issues or delays with your order. Please use an email address you check regularly.

Most orders are PROCESSED within 1-3 business days upon receipt of order and are shipped Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Please note, shipping time estimates do NOT include studio processing and handling time.

Orders placed before 12pm PT will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next day. If you place your order after 12pm PT, your order will be processed the following business day. All orders ship out within 1-3 business days unless a rush delivery option has been arranged. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping times are approximate, not guaranteed, and may suddenly change due to unforeseen carrier circumstances that are beyond our control. Lee Brevard cannot assume responsibility for carrier shipping delays.

Lee Brevard is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses once an order has shipped. Shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages are the customer’s responsibility. We kindly ask you to review your order confirmation email right away and contact the studio for any necessary changes, we are here to help.

Including a phone number with your order helps the carrier ensure a smooth delivery of your package.

Lee Brevard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure the address information you enter is correct and that someone will be there to receive the package the day of delivery.

For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the studio. Learn more about Returns + Exchanges Policy Page. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

PURCHASE OVER $250 QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING.

• Orders $500 and up receive FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING- UPS 2nd Day with signature confirmation. Please allow for 2-3 business days for transit depending on your location.

• Orders $250 - $499 receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING – with USPS Priority Mail or USP Ground with signature confirmation depending on destination. Please allow 3-5 business days for transit depending on your location. If you need your package sooner, you have the option to choose Express Shipping for $30.

All Domestic orders under $249 are offered 2 flat rate shipping options:

• $10 for Ground Delivery •USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on location. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for transit depending on your location.

• $30 for Express Delivery •UPS 2-DAY with signature confirmation. Please allow 2-3 business days for transit depending on your location. 

•  If your order requires signature delivery confirmation, simply leave a note during the checkout process and we will gladly add it to your package for you. And if we notice the package is shipping to a multi-unit address, signature confirmation will automatically added automatically for your package’s safety.

Please ensure the shipping address and the billing addresses are correct at the time of purchase. Lee Brevard cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses once an order has shipped. Including a phone number helps ensure a smooth delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your package tracking number. Please use an active email address when you place your order and remember to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact the studio.

P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
All Domestic P.O. Box addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. USP and FedEx services not available.

SHIPPING TO GUAM, MICRONESIA, NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS, PALAU or the MARSHALL ISLANDS 
Shipping options and rates will be determined during check out.

SIGNATURE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
For insurance reason, all domestic ground packages over $250 REQUIRE signature upon delivery. ALL international orders require signature confirmation. Express delivery automatically includes signature confirmation.

On the day your package is scheduled to arrive, please make sure someone is available to sign for it. Once a package is in route we are unable to release the signature confirmation and appreciate your understanding that this is a security feature. If you do happen to miss delivery - don't worry, the carrier will make several attempts and during that time, you may contact the carrier with your package's tracking number to make arrangements.

PACKAGE TRACKING
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your package tracking number so you can track its status online. Please use an email address your check regularly to see notifications regarding your order. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the studio. 

MILITARY ADDRESSES
Please keep in mind when shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office), that extra time may be needed, and is beyond our control. These packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $10. Signature confirmation is not available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we are offering shipping to Canada with USPS and UPS.

For all other countries, please contact the studio for assistance. With the recent changes in international tax regulations, each international order will be handled individually. In your message, please provide your name, FULL shipping address and list the items you are interested in purchasing so we may generate an accurate shipping quote for you.
