Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO / FPO / DPO addresses. The flat-rate shipping methods offered during your checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected, please visit our Shipping Policy page to learn more.

For insurance reason, all domestic packages over $250 require a signature upon delivery. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your package tracking number so you can track its status online. For this reason, please remember to use an email address your check regularly to see notifications regarding your order. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the studio.

International Shipping
Currently, we offer shipping to Canada with USPS and UPS based o order value and destination. Add items to your cart to view your rates & shipping options.

Exchanges and Returns
We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and know how personal the decision is. Each item we offer is hand crafted and it is absolutely important to us that you are completely delighted with your purchase.
